Email that just
stays up.

Our own mailboxes, or fully-managed Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace — whichever fits. We run the platform, handle the migration, and answer when something needs a human.

01 / Three ways to do email

Ours, Microsoft's, or Google's.

No religious wars about platforms. We'll tell you honestly which suits the way your team actually works — and run whichever you land on.

03 / Moving to us

Switched across, without the panic.

We've moved a lot of mailboxes over the years. The trick is dual-delivery — your old host keeps receiving while we sync, so nothing bounces and nobody loses a message.

  1. Step 01
    We take stock
A quick call to grab your current setup, mailbox list and DNS access. We send back a one-page plan the same day.
  2. Step 02
    Dual-delivery sync
Your old host keeps receiving while we copy mail across with IMAP sync. Users carry on as normal throughout.
  3. Step 03
    A quiet cut-over
We switch MX records on a low-TTL window — typically an evening — once everything is in step.
  4. Step 04
    Settle in
We reconfigure devices, double-check SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and keep an eye on logs for the first couple of weeks.

Not sure which email is right?

Tell us how your team works and we'll point you to the platform that fits — then handle the move so you don't have to.
